I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
After review of my resume was invited to 1 face-to-face interview. Interview was held in their conference room. I was initially told by my recruiter they would be calling me before my interview to go over some prep questions, but I never received this call. Also was told I would be meeting with someone totally different from the person who ended up interviewing me. The total interview was about 15 minutes long and felt like they were basically trying to decide if I was cool enough to hang out with. Felt like Greek Life recruitment. After the interview I was told to immediately call my recruiter regarding the next steps. Recruiter never responded to my messages, instead I received what resembled an automatic response template via email to let me know they did not think I was a good fit.

Question 1
What do you like to do for fun? What do you do in your spare time?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Mateo, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied online through careerbuilder.com and was contacted the same day by a Senior Recruiter. We spoke on the phone about the position, duties, and general information about the job. At the end, the recruiter scheduled an on-site interview for the upcoming week. They sent an email with detail information about the company and prep info. The day before the interview I was contacted by the same recruiter to follow up about last min questions. Upon arrival to actual Global Insights office, had to phone them I had arrived. Then I was walked to a conference room for my interview with a manager. Very conversation interview. Make sure to bring copies of your resume!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2015
Interview
A recruiter contacted me regarding the Entry-Level Recruiter/Account Manager position. However, I was told the Account Manager position was the only position they were interviewing for, even though recruiter position was highly up-sold in the job posting. The recruiter, continuously asked inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with the job posting or any of my skills/work history. She continuously called into questions my marriage and education choices, which have nothing to do with work. Highly negative experience with Insight Global. I got off the phone feeling very frustrated and disgruntled by their process. Not professional at all.

Question 1
Highly innappropiate questions. Made ever answer given, regardless of the frivilousness of the question, was probed further with more questions that do not relate to the job.
