Very personable! all they want to know is that you like connecting with people and like to work hard. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I did have to create a presentation which at first I was nervous about but the topic was so open to my interpretation I didn't feel like it was very hard!
The interview was easy but felt unprofessional and they had asked me in to interview for a Dallas position. They then called me a week later and said they had no Dallas positions but had openings in Houston/Austin. I declined and not even 2 months later someone reached out to me on LinkedIn asking me to come in to interview for their Dallas office....
It was very straightforward and you can tell that the recruiter and interviewer were very passionate about Insight Global. There are 3-4 rounds total when it comes to the interview
