I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2022
Interview
Has an initial screening call, two online interviews through zoom, and then a final in person interview. The interview went well, I was told the recruiter I had initially spoke to would call me in the next day or two with steps to move forward. Based off this, I assumed I had gotten the position. I never received a call back, so I reached out through email and got ignored. About two weeks later, I reached out again to follow up on the status of my application but got ignored again. Extremely unprofessional; at least have the decency to reply back and explain that I didn't get the position instead of ghosting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2023
Interview
Began with an informational interview over a phone call. It was very brief. Then after months of back and forth with my point of contact I finally received the opportunity to a second-round virtual interview. We talked for about half an hour about my leadership experience, and they tried to get a good sense of my personality. It was definitely on the more personal side of interviews.

Question 1
What are some ways you have displayed leadership qualities in the past?
It was a long, drawn out 4 step interview process. First phone screen with a recruiter (who was more than reasonably late to call). If you can make it past this point without being ghosted by then you move to the manager/team lead interview. From there you'd move to a panel interview and then a presentation. Both just a repetitive experience of the initial interview. Looking for you to tell a story of why you're there so if you stay consistent you should be fine.

Questions were pretty unstructured, more so conversational
