Interview
Neutral experience moving forward in the application processs it was pretty average difficulty with basic questions that are asked in the process of having an interview. It was a good interviewer who did the process with me.

Interview
First phase of the interview process included a prep session. You will need to prepare a "grit" story, but beware the expectation is to get very vulnerable. I was encouraged to dig deeper for mine - to the level of discussing the loss of a loved one with encouragement to focus on how I got myself through that rather than how others got me through it. Felt very put off heading into the interview and decided to go with a story that didn't feel like altering my experience with grief in order to get the job. Actual interview was awful - worst I've experienced. Interviewer was heavily distracted, paying little (if any) attention to my answers and looking off and nodding their head to other people. Felt like they had their mind made up before I was able to interview. Not a fit for me, may be for others.

Interview
Overall the process was fine. I didn't get past the first round but assumed this before I was told because the recruiter I was speaking to pretty much ghosted me which I thought was a good indicator of where I stood. Seems like a good company but I wasn't psyched about the position, did the interview more for experience.
