3 rounds: 2 online 1 in person, overall pretty easy but they really emphasize on 'letting your personality show'. Feels like greek like 2.0 and dont care about your studies at all. Very pushy on the fact that there is opportunity to make a lot of money, made it very awkward.

Question 1
What motivates you? Whats most important to you in a career? How would a friend describe you?
I interviewed at Insight Global (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
The interview was online and lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewee was very easy going and she asked lots of questions as well as answered a lot of them. I think they are looking for someone who is open to new adventures and wanting to learn.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Rancho San Diego, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Started with a basic 15 minute interview over the phone. Next interview was 5 questions they sent me before hand. Next was an interview prep for my first “real” interview, weird. Super long process honestly not worth it for a recruiting job
