You speak with a talent acquisition first before meeting with the manager of the team. The talent acquisition will give you a call the day before and prep you for the interview so you get a feel for the questions.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and I had a meeting with her over the phone about the open position and what the company does. After this call, she set me up with an interview. In the interview, they did not ask any questions about my past experience. It was basically a personality test to see if you are a fit for their company.
