The interview process consisted of multiple rounds of interviews with different representatives from each team. It was a combination of the recruiter informing me about the role and asking me questions.
I was reached out to by a hiring manager at Insight who was eager to set up an interview with me. We had a few emails back and forth to set up date and time but when I responded with my final availability from their options, they never responded. I sent a follow up email that was ignored as well. Very unprofessional.
The process seems to be longer than necessary. You have to talk to a recruiter twice before getting to the actual interview phase, but it seems like this is the process with any recruiting company.
