Pretty normal interview process. Show up to their office and talk with the sales manager and account manager. Flow was decent but they didn't want too many questions about the job/compensation at first which was a little weird. Said they just wanted to get to know me.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
Super smooth and easy process thanks to insight. I would recommend using them for your recruiting needs. They were responsive and quick to help me with any concerns. I would have had a harder time using another company. Insight global is the way to go
