The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
I interview via the telephone with a Recruiter, who appeared to be well informed of the Client's requirements. After successfully meeting Insight Global's requirements, a 1:1 interview was setup with the Client the next day. The interview with the Client went well as it appeared they have been working with Insight Global for awhile. As for advice, not really specific for the interview but in general, read over the contract carefully to make sure there aren't any exclusion clauses and if so I would make sure you get a written exemption or have it deleted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (São Paulo, ) in Nov 2025
Interview
Long, disorganized, and disrespectful. Downplay your experience and your salary thinking that they are the biggest and best company in the world. Three rounds of interview, several accomodations, all smiles, then ghosting. It may work with mediocre professionals, and I am leaving this to signal how they are dishonest disrespectful with the candidates, especially one of the Account Managers for the "big", but broke, airline company.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Met for a meet and greet in my college town to get to know the recent hires of the company. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to talk to. Not sure how they then chose who to interview after this though.
Recruiter walked me through the interview process and was very supportive during the process.
Always kept me informed at every step and updated ASAP when they heard back from the client.
straight forward with the Pay range
