I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Portland, OR) in May 2015
Interview
I was told by a recruiter that I would be interviewing for an Account Manager...but when I was in the face to face interview I was told it was for a Recruiter. Right away I felt misguided. The people seemed nice, but the whole interview process was not what I expected. It was basically me asking them questions and when I ran out of questions to ask, the interview was over. I don't understand how you can determine if someone is qualified for a position or not if you don't ask them questions.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
