This is the easiest staffing firm to interview with compared to other staffing firms in the DFW area. I believe this was one interview with Insight and one with the client.

The typical interview questions where asked about experience with excel, degrees, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Diego, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Had a total of 3 interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter who asked me general questions about my work experience and what I was looking for. The second interview was with the recruiting manager who asked about the same questions as the first interview and gained more information on the position that my resume will be submitted to. And the third interview was with the actual company where I would be placed on contract as a financial analyst. The third interview was more of the technicalities of the position and my skillet to carry out the position. All in all, I did not get chosen for the position due to the client needing a candidate to start ASAP and did not want to wait for me to give my current company a 2 week notice.

Interview
Company asked me to do a Budget Assessment and then ghosted me upon completion after saying they would forward me on to the hiring manager from the company it was for. A joke of a company.
