I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was a 3 step process. The first interview was a phone interview with one of their recruiters. If they get a pretty good feeling about you as a person, and you connect with the person you are talking to, they will invite you in for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview was with 3 people (the person I talked to on the phone and 2 others). They lay out what you will make and the expectations of the job. From there, you will get a phone call back for a third interview. The third interview is called happy hour, in which you will go out to get a drink, or if you are underage you will go to somewhere like Starbucks. In this interview they look for someone who is very outgoing, goal oriented, and driven. It is very selective, and they are really looking for the strongest candidate who stands out.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
