I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Terrible experience. I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter, which seemed to go well. We had a phone interview and I was then asked to come interview in the St. Louis office. I was completely in charge of the interview and asking questions, and was never asked anything about my resume or academic career. After asking at least 10-12 questions, my interviewer continued to stare at me, not saying a word. I never let silence continue and asked even more questions, so I thought it went well. I was told that I would be contacted either way within 24 hours, but it has now been two weeks since I met with them and sent them thank you notes for interviewing me. I have heard nothing from anyone, even after I sent my recruiter an email inquiring. My boyfriend was contacted today by the same recruiter with the exact same message I was sent, word for word, even though our experiences and profiles are completely different. Completely unprofessional company.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
