I had one introduction call with someone I knew from a connection. After that, she gave me a zoom meeting call, which I proceeded to join, and seemed so excited to be talking to me and told me what the next steps would be in the process, and then completely ghosted me. Unprofessional...listen to what you read online.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
