Insight Global Contractor interview questions

After speaking with an IG associate over the phone, an interview was set for the same day. I first spoke with a recruiter, and then an account manager. The office was kept immaculate, both representatives displayed professionalism and composure . Despite our brief encounter both staff members expressed their confidence in my work ethic. They took a risk on hiring me considering our limited contact, virtually no connections, and the nature of their industry.

The interview process was very easy and comfortable. The interview was brief and straight to the point. I had about 3 people to interview me but all three were helpful and understanding. The process was more like a conversation. Everyone made me feel comfortable and just asked me questions about my resume and my employment history. They were all impressed with the time I spent at my last company.
