I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process started with a recruiter who reached out to me via LinkedIn. I did a phone interview with the same recruiter and she made it sound like I had the job and invited me to an in-person interview at the phoenix location. When I arrived at the office, it was a large building with multiple offices and very little guidance and instruction as to where their location is. Once I was able to find the office (8th floor), I walked into an empty room with a small card on the table that instructed you to dial some extension on a nearby phone. They told me to please wait in the lobby for my someone to come get. Someone finally came after 10 minutes and I greeted them with enthusiasm (as I thought they were the one interviewing me). Turns out it was the same person on the phone who told me to wait there which made for an awkward introduction. I was then led to a conference room where I sat for another 5 minutes and waited for my interviewer. The interview seemed rushed and my interviewer did not smile once or even seem remotely interested. She didn't ask me anything regarding my experience. Mostly just personal questions like why sales and what motivates you. The interview ended after 5-10 minutes and when I asked some questions at the end, I got some basic answers and again, no smiles or anything. I've done a ton of interviews and this one was just awkward and honestly a waste of time. I reached out to the recruiter at the end and had to contact her 3-4 times to get a response. After the fourth contact she told me they went with another candidate but offered to let me interview at a different location (not interested).

Interview
Very conversational. Business professional attire, however the interview was very relaxed. I was not asked many direct questions, however we discussed my experience and how I was successful in past roles. Do your research on the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Quick, past paced, ad hoc interview sessions with a number of individuals, mostly conversational based to gage social skills and personality. Interviews were sociable and engaging, so it's best to reciprocate.
