Insight Global CSR interview questions

It was very laid back but it was difficult to try to match their laid back vibe while also trying to seem professional. In a way, I felt like I was interviewing for a sorority which was a bummer.

First interview went well, no complaints. Was told I would be receiving a benefits form and a calendar link to continue on to the second interview with a manager. I was subsequently ghosted by Insight Global. The comments you see about sorority girl vibes is completely accurate.
