Ingles Markets interview questions

I sent you down and talk to you about what you know about daily operations. I did ask you 3 to 4 questions about sanitization, proper cleaning, and when you can work, and how far you live away from the location.

Sit and wait for manager. We had more of a great conversation vs being drilled with questions. (They still asked questions though) It was quick and sufficient. They let you know if you got the job on the spot. There's no wondering if you got the job. You leave knowing if you got it or not.
