Ingles Markets interview questions

I went in and told them that im here to speak with the hiring manager, i waited a minute and a half and then i was in the room with the manager, she was very nice and made the interview very calm and positive, i wasnt nervous after all. She had me fill out some papers and take my drug test. I gave her my birth certificate and my ss card, and my id. After about 5 minutes she came back with my two shirts that you get when they hire you and told me when i was training and who would be training me. very nice lady. made the whole process very easy.

They describe the shift routine and ask you questions such as what your availability is and what position you're interested in. Very basic, simple process typical of a retail store.
