My interview started with a introductory phone call with high level manager and then followed with a technical deep dive with a lead.Very crude interview process, interviewer(2nd round) was very thorough when it came about asking all the questions, at one point I felt that may be he was threatened by how I consistently answered all the questions. It ran for 45 mins and I was pretty confident about getting a followup call, 5 days passed by and when I tried to get in touch with the recruiter, there was no response. I was eager to know the result, because I knew I did well and a positive outcome would definitely be a boost to my morale regardless of whether I join them or not. It seems they treat all interview candidates so poorly, I can only imagine how bad it will be once we get in.
As far as I could understand all the existing employees recruit people who they know, and they in turn only recruit people they know. This kinda leads to a toxic work environment. In a way am glad that I didnt get a response back from these guys.
My suggestion is that entertain these guys as much as they entertain you, I mean take an interview call in your leisure time and don't care about the result, and try and use the experience for another interview, as these guys only waste your time.
