The interview process was remarkably straightforward and candidate-friendly. The majority of the session was dedicated to thoroughly discussing my resume, work experience, and educational background. The technical portion focused exclusively on core computer science fundamentals rather than complex algorithmic challenges or advanced system design problems. Topics covered included basic data structures, fundamental programming concepts, and general software engineering principles. There were no tricky coding problems, no whiteboard challenges, and no deep dives into specialized technologies. The interviewers seemed more interested in understanding my background, motivations, and how my experience aligned with the role rather than testing my ability to solve difficult technical puzzles under pressure. Overall, it felt more like a conversational assessment of fit and competency rather than an intensive technical examination.
There were 2 rounds.First round was aptitude round and second was technical interview. After that selection is confirmed. They asked mainly from my resume in technical interview and some experience of past internship and about my projects
