I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infosys (Thiruvananthapuram)
Interview
Very Good session they are asking about most of the basic question from IT Industry to check the capability of candidate. Very friendly team. They make me so comfortable to answer the questions.
First round is aptitude where logical, reasoning, verbal qnd puzzles are asked (easy to moderate). Then the interview round where you have to showcase clear communication skills and learning ability. Only basic technical questions are asked.
An average interview process, while not necessarily bad, often lacks the polish, consistency, or thoroughness of an ideal hiring experience. In such cases, the process might get the job done, but it leaves room for improvement in areas like candidate experience, evaluation depth, and alignment across the hiring team.
