Infosys Lead Consultant interview questions

Don't waste your time especially if you are 10+ years of experience. The Hr must know the candidate background prior to the interview.. after all the interview process including hr round , got an update that my profile has been rejected due to current CTC. ( Not even expected )???? Strange and weird HR experience ever in my career. otherwise the technical and managerial interviews seems fair and starightforward.
