Telephone interview with other architects in the group to assess past work experience and familiarity with required technologies in different tracks - Java, AWS, Azure, Database etc. Candidate is asked to describe past projects. Focus is given on assessing hands on experience.
The hiring process included three rounds: two operational rounds that assessed role-specific skills, followed by an HR round. The HR round was straightforward, with only a few generic questions related to background, experience, and overall fit.
