First round is aptitude where logical, reasoning, verbal qnd puzzles are asked (easy to moderate). Then the interview round where you have to showcase clear communication skills and learning ability. Only basic technical questions are asked.
An average interview process, while not necessarily bad, often lacks the polish, consistency, or thoroughness of an ideal hiring experience.
