I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Hyderabad) in Apr 2012
Interview
From a staffing agency , I got a call and applied through it.Then there was only email communication from Infosys. This seems a bit strange , as at my experience level (mid-manager) at least organization should check for suitability and my expectation.Anyways I reached the interview on time, and came to know that it was a walkin albeit an unorganized one.I too felt the organizers to be rude also. In spite of slots given, my interview started one hour late. Then the interviewer had no clue about my skillset and arranged a telephonic one.Even the person on the other end was having no clue or had not seen my resume once !!
There was lot of confusion needless to mention. At the end, it looked like they needed someone of a different skillset than mine !
After waiting for sometime , I was asked to leave....
My advice to all Infosys aspirants is Please get adequate information from the organization about the job opening

Question 1
Where do you think you fit in Infosys ??
(Perhaps in the given context , it was the most difficult to answer!!)
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2010
Interview
HR will be contacting over phone to understand the expectations. It will be followed by a Telephonic interview mostly technical. If required, there will be a face to face interview with Senior Management. The salary structure is confusing and even after 2 years I dont know my take home until I receive my pay check.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru) in Jan 2009
Interview
First call was telephonic. Questions asked were high school mathematics and physics
Face to face was more of the details of the projects executed, team size and customer interaction
