Interview
Screening will be done and once screening completed you will be invited to the technical interview for 30 minutes .Once you cleared the TR then need to fill the application and then HR round will happen with formal interview questions like Current and Expected CTC and why you are leaving the current organization. Once the interview was completed you will be receiving the offer letter in 7 days.

Interview
I applied for this position from LinkedIn for IBM IIB consultant position. After submission of ny application, I got call from HR after a week and took my telephonic interview. After this, I got call and mail for technical and managerial round after couple of weeks. The technical and managerial round were related to my ongoing and previous projects at my current employer. Most of the questions were on IIB and ACE. The interview questions were not so hard as it was related to my work. After couple of days I got the results from HR and I was selected for the position as an associate consultant for pune location.

The interview was pretty smooth. It was an online interview with 2 recruiters. They basically asked regarding the skills I have regarding the job role. And general questions like introduce yourself, strength and weakness
