Informatica Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was 3 staged. The first on telephone where emphasis was on core Java concept of imutibility, collection, multi threading. The second & third round were at the primices with face to face rounds for logic & java programs.

I applied through Glassdoor, recruiter called me after a couple of days, and set up a phone interview view. Round 1: Phone interview with the lead, it went well, asked questions around my current project, interests and a couple of DS questions around trees and indexing in database. After this i was called for an in person interview. Before calling, there was a lot of confusion among the recruiter and hr, recruiter scheduled another phone interview, but it got cancelled, hr said it will be in person interview. Horrible miscommunication, i followed up for almost a week, both hr and recruiter were non responsive to my mails and calls, finally i got a call letter after about a week for in person interview. Round 2: The interviewer here was really nice, basic DS questions, he helped me when i was stuck. Round 3: One of my really bad experience with the interviewer. He asked me about my project, as i started explaining, he started saying, this is a simple thing, why is this even a project. Really lost interest after he said this. Left the place and didn't wait for the recruiter to inform me. I wouldn't want to work in such a team really, even i had got through.
