I interviewed with at least 5 people over the course of about a month. The interviews took a lot of time out of my schedule. I was hopeful that I would get an offer, but did not.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very informal, tell me about yourself, your background, and your outlook on benefits.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Informatica (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
4 rounds including presentation. Spent a lot of time preparing and speaking with the various sales leaders and engineers. Informatica said they liked me but wanted me to go through and do another presentation to a different sales team. Ultimately I went with a different company who made a solid offer and made a firm commitment. Probably a decent company to work for, but if they operate anything like the interview process there is likely a lot of red tape and inefficiencies that get in the way of selling.
Good process with support from HR team. Ontime interview by interview panel , its very good process.proper communication by HR team related job responsibilities and position. Overall healthy experience during interview process.
