I applied for the job and in a month or so they called me in to do the coding test. We spent the morning being introduced to the company and team at Informatica's new office. The coding test wasn't easy and there was not enough instructions on if we should use the internet to help or not and in the end some people did, some people didn't, which is unfair for those who didn't.
