Informatica Director interview questions

I had a recruiter reach out to me on LI multiple times, and when I finally agreed to chat, he was very aggressive. Told me he gets 400 applications a day for this role, and that I needed to understand how picky this team is and why I likely wouldn’t meet their criteria. After interviewing with the first two folks, who were very kind, it was clear I wasn’t a fit for the role. There was no feedback, no discussion. I was very unimpressed with a company that would reach out multiple times to me to ask me to interview, when clearly I wouldn’t be their ideal candidate. Really spoke to how little the recruiter understood the job post, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
