The interview process consists of an HR interview, a technical interview, and a final interview with the senior manager. The process and schedule were very professional. The HR team was friendly, as were the other interviewers. The questions mostly focused on your previous and current experiences. They asked questions in a conversational manner, as if they were talking to a friend, so you wouldn't feel anxious about what is right or wrong. There is no 'right or wrong' answer; they just wanted to understand how your past experiences can leverage or suit the open position.
