Infor Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Applied through email , i received a call after one week of application for a technical round, questions based on previous experience and core java. Aggressive behavior noticed from interveners and not friendly at all.

There are two technical interview and final manager interview. First interview is easy and second one was an average interview. But overall we can say interview was an average interview. At first interview is conduct by a principle engineer or a tech lead. There interviewer checked that candidate's technical familiarity and is he/she is good enough for the position he/she applied. If he is good enough then move on to next interview. There they ask some coding questions. Most of the time this will be handled by an architect of infor team. Difficulty may be depend on him and the position that candidate applied. Mostly it will check the practical background and how you apply our technical knowledge to the actual problem. If you passed those two within 2 week you may face to manager interview. In my case this is the last interview I faced. There the manager will check our attitude, some times he/she may ask technical stuffs. (because some managers were came with a technical path). If you can pass all these then you already on boarded to infor team.
