Recruiter contacted me for a phone screen. After the call I was asked to complete an assessment which was essentially an IQ test and personality test. Not a fan of employers getting "free" personal information without an offer of employment.

I suggest searching for guidance on passing employment personality tests. While the test states a person is to answer truthfully and there are no right or wrong answers, that is false. There are some great YouTube videos that will help with this assessment.

Interview
First the company has visited to conduct a drive, almost 400 members had registered and an exam is scheduled(90 questions in 90 minutes). It is of moderate difficulty and I was among the 42 members who were shortlisted for the interview. Then you can check the questions asked in the interview below and after a week time they have announced the results and I was among selected students(9).

It was a 2 round process with one written test and the other includes panel of 2 members in which they have covered both technical and HR questions. The written test consists of technical aptitude and general english questions
