Question 1
Asked about oops concept and also couple of coding questions
The interview comprises of 3 rounds, two technical and one HR.
Mostly the Technical rounds are focusing on the experience you earned and not the degrees you have.
I could say it is Purely Technical Oriented Screening.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Barcelona) in Sep 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin for an Inside Client Partner position.
I did the interview one day later and all went good so I had to pass an online assessment (logical/reasoning/Behavioral questions).
I guess the results were satisfying as the recruiter contacted me a day later to organize a meeting with the Team Leader and the Business Unit Manager. It went also good and the recruiter contacted me again to organize the last part of the process : I had to prepare a presentation for 2 days later with an Action Plan for my 90 first days within the company. I did the last interview and never heard about them anymore since then.
To to summarize the process and the time spent :
- 30 min initial interview with the recruiter.
- 30 min for the online assessments.
- 1 hour meeting with the management.
- 45 min to present the Action Plan and 4-5 hours.
preparing it (on a short notice so I had to find the time to do it after work).
I invested 7 to 8 hours of my time for the process and never heard from them anymore after the last interview. I can only say that the company obviously lacks of respect for its candidates.
