The interview process was fairly simple. But the people there took much time to announce the results of the first apti round. Apti was followed by 2 technical rounds. The first round is about basic Java questions, Data Structures, Algorithms and since, I worked with Hibernate, they asked me to write the config and a sample mapping file. The second round was quite easy, how collections work internally, hashmap and equals(), questions from Linked list, etc.,
I used to be in the tech panel while recruiting people for my previous company. So, overall the interview was very easy. They took two weeks to give the offer letter and I had to decline the offer because I a had much better offer, and also, I din have my graduation certificate to submit, which happens to be more important than clearing the interviews. Background check beats talent this time.
