Infor interview questions

Interview process was so transparent but final interview was not to my expectations. There was no equalty with respect to all panels. Some panles were to tough and some are easy handled. This might make talents discouraged.

First, there is an initial interview thru phone and then they schedule you for an interview on their office. The first interview asks about yourself and your knowledge about java. Afterwards, they have a pen and paper exam about your programming skills. The next step is an interview to the hiring manager.
