Process is very slow, but overall a good experience as it was well planned i.e. was taken on time as per schedule. There is one telephonic round followed by face to face technical round of interview. Finally formal HR interview to discuss offer w.r.t. package.

To tell about the challenges faced in overall professional experience and how I handled it.
Excellent well rounded interview with plenty of support from their recruitment team. Contacted via linkedin, then 2 interview rounds. Was kept in touch with throughout, and felt it was fair and balanced.
Informal for a new team. Met with hiring manager and two partners. Didn’t get a good sense of the company from the interviews, but liked the sound of the work.
