I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Colombo, ) in Jul 2022
Interview
It was the longest interview that I had in my life.
Initially, after the HR shortlisted my CV , got a brief interview with HR over the call and managed to schedule a technical interview at a particular time.
Technical interviews started with over more than 8 members in the interview. they asked several questions related to OOP and the design questions related java. Also they gave an activity to draw entity diagram and explain the about the system. they even asked so many tricky questions to check whether I am capable of giving solutions.
This technical interview lasted for 3 hours long.
After that within a week I got the respond saying that I'm selected for the job role.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Taguig) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process took 1 month, from the initial interview up to the job offer. There's a 1 week gap every interview, I guess that's a normal process. Shout out to Jem, very accommodating from start to the end of the interview process. The technical interview is fairly easy. The hiring team is amazing and they are all cool. All in all, the interview process is great and amazing. Very generous offer as well. Thank you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the technical, it is live coding and some technical questions. For the final interview, it's mostly culture fit. They'll check if you are really fit for the team. Mostly behavioral and situational. And they asked me about my previous tasks and projects
The interview process had the usual steps (submit a resume, get an initial phone call interview from HR, and have an technical interview). During the technical interview, the interviewer (fellow software developer from the hiring manager's team) was more focused on my resume's design and not it's contents. My alma mater has a different resume design for fresh graduates and for some reason, my interviewer wanted to know more why I chose to not follow that university's resume design.
That was mostly the interview topic. When the interviewer asked if I had any questions, I asked about the tech stack used and other project details, to learn more about what the project is about (i.e. payroll processes, bank reconciliation processes, etc.) Interviewer's response was "why didn't I ask this with HR?" to which I replied, "I did but they recommended to check during the tech interview since this is the avenue where I can get more details". I didn't bother to proceed with the next steps since the overall experience was unprofessional and inappropriate.
