I was an internal candidate or existing employee at the time the position became available. I was asked by senior management to apply for the position. I was interviewed 1:1 by two department managers with interest in that project. Then interviewed by a panel of 5 manager and directors.

4 rounds, felt like mostly behavioral questions, didn't feel like it was a hard interview at all. I Received a call from recruiter and scheduled interview. Interview went well and asked about the questions in experience and project management. I am not received any call after the interview.
