Interview
The interview process started with a conversation with HR representative, followed by two further interviews. First Interview was one to one over telephone, relaxed, get to know you and your experience, followed by second interview with direct manager, again very relaxed and finally a presentation to management. During the process there were also a number of test to perform, such as psychological profiling.

Excellent well rounded interview with plenty of support from their recruitment team. Contacted via linkedin, then 2 interview rounds. Was kept in touch with throughout, and felt it was fair and balanced.
Informal for a new team. Met with hiring manager and two partners. Didn’t get a good sense of the company from the interviews, but liked the sound of the work.
