Interview
The recruiter called to see what level of experience in different industries I would bring. From there we discussed compensation, territories and the internal process. I met with the hiring manager and we discussed day to day activities, strategy and goals. I then met with the team to see if I would fit in with the team.
Interview process is fairly simple, 3 rounds including one with the recruiter. They do prefer to hire internally for most roles. So if looking to move into the company a referral is often needed.

Interview
I was approached by an Infor-recruiter and had a first phone interview. After that, I was assured that I will receive an invite to a possible interview shortly. After not hearing back for about 5 days I followed up without receiving any reply. A week later I was informed I was no longer considered for the role as I did not reach out to the recruiter.
