Interview
On Team they ask questions and ask to code a snippet and based on skill they ask questions about OOPS, language you mentioned and your project mainly based on this they usually go in details.

Interview
1. What they call a programming quiz, it was supposed to take ~1 hour. It was 9 seperate programming problems. I am not sure anyone can do this in under 2 hours.
2. A technical phone interview. While the first part was for seeing if you can program, this was a memory test. I got questions such as: Which version of Java did ____ get introduced in? To me, this does not tell you if you would be a good Software Engineer, but if you have a very good memory.
