Interview
Office is in a high-rise located in downtown vancouver. Make sure to get there early as finding parking is tough. I was interviewed by both an HR person and the QA manager.

Question 1
Describe a time when a customer was ticking you off and how you handled the situation.
The QA manager drew a picture of a toaster, asked me how I would test if the bread is toasted right, valid test cases for its use, what would you do if the power light was on but it wasnt plugged in, etc.
