I was contacted by a recruiter for Infor from the Northern Va area. I responded that I was excited to talk to her. Wait for it...she ignored me. She reached out to me, asked me for dates and times to talk, then disappeared. LOSER

It was long, met with about 5 different people today. They put you through a roleplay situation so prepare for that. Then they asked me a question I wasnt sure about I answered with "I dont have the answer to that specific question, let me check with my team and get back to you later today" They liked that response

Interview
Had 2 interviews. First was 2 BDR managers second was with the hiring manager. Basic interview. Good for someone right out of college. The process was very laid out. If you are interviewing outside of career professionals you will set yourself apart from a lot of candidates that Infor sees. If you portray a confident, driven, and relatively successful attitude it will give you a leg up.
