Was contacted on LinkedIn, had the first interview with a recruiter 30 mins for overall information about the position. 2nd interview with a Manager and a senior technical architect and I had to present a case

Question 1
To prepare a case where 25 features for a system was available but only 10 could be implemented in 2 waves. 5 in each wave. Deside which to implement and wich to disregard.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infor (Hyderabad) in Jun 2017
Interview
I have applied through LinkedIn which have three rounds. 1 Technical, 1 Director and 1 HR round.
After Director round, you have cleared the process and HR is all about salary negotiation and role assignment. Salary is not possible to negotiate and its fixed by HR. Good thing is there is no variable pay as its product based company.
HR have confirmed my selection on same day, but waiting to release offer letter (which will take 10 - 14 days to release).
I have experienced good infrastructure and good environment inside INFOR, eagerly waiting to Join once receiving offer letter:-)

OOPS concepts with example of each, singleton and factory design pattern?
smooth and easy and you need to talk in English, you need to have proper knowledge of programming, have a good personality, they are more on java language so be ready and study hard

Interview
TR, Manager round, another Manager round. I just feel the worst experience. Even HR told me that I received a great response from Technical Interview. HR told me manager round will happen for 30 minutes but they have wasted my time for 57 minutes where I had my work to do. Manager was very rude. he will say how did you become a developer for not answering one question out of 10 questions. Please don't waste the time. Please respect your peers during the interview.
