Average interview, two rounds, no tricky questions. At first they checked language skills, soft skills, motivation etc. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the interview (both rounds), they were friendly and genuinely interested in finding someone reliable for the position.

Interview process is fairly simple, 3 rounds including one with the recruiter. They do prefer to hire internally for most roles. So if looking to move into the company a referral is often needed.

Interview
I was approached by an Infor-recruiter and had a first phone interview. After that, I was assured that I will receive an invite to a possible interview shortly. After not hearing back for about 5 days I followed up without receiving any reply. A week later I was informed I was no longer considered for the role as I did not reach out to the recruiter.
