Ho fatto un colloquio per un part‑time in negozio. Mi hanno chiesto di presentarmi, spiegare perché volevo lavorare da Zara e cosa sapevo dell’azienda. Il colloquio è durato circa 20 minuti con la store manager. Molto cordiale, mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. L’ambiente mi è sembrato dinamico ma professionale.

Had to come 20-30 mins early to fill out a form and have your passport copied then went into another room with the other candidates then done
Introductions (got into pairs and had to introduce your partner to the whole group)

At the end it was 1 to 1 with the interviewer to discuss availability
