Inditex interview questions

In total I attended two interviews, a group interview that was very easy to overcome and an individual one at the store thas has been assigned to me later. In the group interview they asked us to reply to some questions (raising hands) and then they formed sub group of three people each so that we could select an items of their collection and combine it with other accessories. The individual interview was with a manager at the shop itslef and it was deeper about my knowledge of the fashion industry.

First the CV screening, and then an relatively short interview with HR about your relevant experience and why you would want to work here. Then another interview with a manager talking about similar stuff, but at the end there is a role play test where you are the customer service and a rude customer wants to exchange the coat but its out of company's policy. Not too difficult but always be polite and professional.
