I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2016
Interview
Group interview.
It was my first ever group interview and I have to say i really enjoyed it. All together it was around 15 of us and two girls from the company leading the interview. They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. They were very nice and presented everything very well. We were sat in a circle and all of us had an oportunity to answer the questions or share the informations we already knew about the work, company and all the jobs in general. We watched two short films about the whole company in general, ther work stradegy and the things that were important for them to present. Later we were put in pairs and had few minutes to get to know eachother a little bit better. After that we introduced the other person from the pair to the whole group, as much as we were able to remember and also tell what we think of them from the first impression. In general the whole interview was very enjoyable and everyone were nice and friendly. The whole interview lasted around one hour and a half.
